Common or public areas are anywhere that is accessible or viewable by others on the land. If you have a plot, anything behind doors, coverings etc. is private areas, not subject to the same guidelines. However, if there is no barrier/fence or the fence does not obstruct the view, it is considered public areas
Keep public areas clean, clear, and peaceful. Don't leave garbage, play loud music, or dress in violation to the guidelines
Make sure to keep the gate closed and chained at all times, even if you are accessing it for a short time.
Park responsibly on the side of the road or in designated parking areas.
- Do not block the road, and don’t drive on the grass.
- There is a parking area near the first row of honeyberry bushes, and a few around the big shed at the bottom. See map for more details
Treat all animals with respect and as fellow citizens. They all have roles and responsibilities just as we do, and are contributing members of the community. Be polite and respectful with them
- Do not tell people or animals what to do unless it is your responsibility. Only discipline or tell off your own animals, unless there is an emergency.
- Do not touch other peoples animals without permission, even petting them, and do not feed animals without talking to their owners first. Do not ask the animals; they will always say yes
- Keep an eye on your animals, be responsible. Any person or animal that causes harm to another person or animal will be immediately removed.
- All animals must be with 10 feet of their owner if off leash, and any accidents or issues that are caused by the animal are the owners responsibility.
There are a few guard dogs running around the property, do not engage with them or feed them (as with any animal that isnt yours)
Watch for wild animals
- Do not harm them; there are a few families of bears that live in the area, as well as other animals. If you are at risk then use bear spray, or call security
Refrain from bringing bad energy; this comes in the form of complaining, being moody, being negative, pessimistic etc. Keep the negative energy to yourself, and try to live in a prosperity mindset. The more you manifest good and work towards it, the more real it becomes.
Refrain from backbiting or talking about other people
This includes talking about actors in the matrix; the more we talk about the issues the more they become real. Even mentioning someone in a conversation brings their energy into the environment
Visitors must be cleared with admin or security, and it is the hosts responsibility to make sure the visitors follow the guidelines.
When in the common areas, speak English even if both speakers can speak another language. It is courteous and encourages discussion and communication
When accessing the land, make sure to keep the area clean. Do not throw garbage in random spots or bury it, bag it up and dispose of it. There are currently no garbage facilities on the land, everyone is responsible for removal or burning.
Garbage can be burned, however, make sure it is being done in a contained area, and far away from anyone. There are a few containers that can be used on the North side of the log cabin
Personal fires are fine, please keep the following in mind
- Keep fires reasonably sized
- Check above the fire for trees or power lines
- Try to make sure the smoke is not bothering anyone
- Always accompany your fire, do not leave any fires unattended
- Keep something nearby to put it out in case something comes up (water, sand, fire extinguisher etc)
Keep the air fresh and smelling clean; this includes your area, your person, and your belongings. Only burn incence etc in a contained private area
Keep music low or wear headphones, If you can hear your music from 20 ft away, its too loud. Do not disturb people, many are doing jobs, unwinding, meditating etc. Be respectful about people's space and time, do not consume people with uninvited random idle talk. This is not a social land, although there are social events and outlets, the land is more about peace, having inner conversations, and creating.
Examples of violations
- Going to someone's area and talking, showing, associating with them without any real purpose
- Interrupting people as they are working, walking somewhere, etc
- Playing loud music that can be heard away from your private area
Dress guidelines apply to both men and women. Keep the idea of a peaceful monastery in mind, and clothing for life; think about weather, thorns, animals, etc. “Formal” clothing is some of the most useless clothing; made to pretty the slaves. Ideally clothing should be high quality, able to withstand weather and other factors, have pockets, etc. Dress presentably
Wear clean presentable clothing (no rips, dirt etc)
Do not wear provocative clothing or offensive clothing
Some roles have a required uniform. If you have been given a uniform, make sure you are always conforming to the uniform code
- Shorts and tank tops
- Individual projects may have their own variation of this

No sun tanning/shirtless etc in Public areas, if you create an enclosed area feel free to use it for your sun requirements

Do not bathe or clean anything in the main pool behind the house, that is the water source for the property
There are many nice areas for cold dips and cold waterfalls, they are accessible any time of the day and night, however, please maintain the clothing guidelines unless at the water. Change near the water, and no nude bathing, bathing suits are required.
Do not put up visuals that contradict the values of the City of God
- Garbage from the matrix, country flags, religious flags, racist flags, LGB flags, etc.
- Partly is to avoid the bad energy, partly is that it's about letting go of Ego and going back towards God. It's between the individual and god; we all represent ourselves, and we bow to nothing and no one. No ideology, no person, no country. No allegiances except to God; Helping people and standing against oppression.
All firearms must be in the care of their owner at all times, or locked away.
- No shooting
The house is open to use for everyone, however please be respectful, and be focused. It is not a lounge, but a resource. The kitchen and the office are always operational with people doing different tasks

Respect the animals that live in the house

After using the bathroom, wipe down the counters, re-align the mats, and take everything you brought with you.
During the daytime (7 am to 11 pm), keep bathroom use to 5 mins for showers.
Everything left out and in the shower is free for anyone to use (soap, shampoos etc)
Dinner is served every day at 7 pm; if you cant make it, let the kitchen know and they can pack up the meal for you. Feel free to bring things to share, however, the idea is that food shouldn't be a big focus for people, as it allows them to focus on creating etc. Dinner is a good time to network, learn, talk, etc. Let there be peace from 7-730; turn off the TV and music and engage in conversation with peers
If you are ever hungry and need food, there is always something available. No one should ever go hungry.

Support businesses within our community, keep resources, time, energy in the community
If you make a deal with someone, make sure you keep up both ends of the deal and communicate effectively. When making deals ideally put something on paper for record keeping and clarification. Define the terms, the length, penalties etc.
As the general rule of life, we believe everyone should focus on themselves and mind their own business. The free market usually takes of things in the long run, however, we are currently in the "incubator" stage of the idea, so its a lot more delicate. Lies don't just affect the people involved, they affect society. Be honest with your dealings, be 100% clear, and do not mislead people in any way.
Payments should be made as soon as possible, ideally using as little fake currency as possible. We encourage commerce, innovation, and true capitalism - Businesses operating in the community, without banks
- Use silver, gold and other methods of trade as they have actual intrinsic value
All forms of "currency" from the matrix are scams meant to distract us from deploying our resources, and keeping us plugged into the fake circus. Do no push crypto, stocks, insurance etc.
No loaning of money to make interest
Trade, commerce, specific term contracts, and equity arrangements are all acceptable
If you want to put some products in the store, talk to the store admin. They will help print the labels and get it in the system.
The average commission the store takes is 30%, take that into consideration when doing pricing
All internal issues should be resolved through the available channels. Talk to the person directly, or talk to the local admin. Do not speak about issues/people with other people as this spreads negativity
If there is an issue, ask yourself what kind of issue it is
Be clear and concise on the issue
Express your concerns to the person/people involved in the issue. Do not bring in random people
If the issue cant be resolved with the people involved, talk to an administrator of the land to help mediate the issue
Everyone on the land should be treated with respect, and all relations should be kept neutral at minimum. If issues come up, they must be resolved, things can't just be brushed under the rug if feelings are not resolved.
Treating anyone in a negative way based on arbitrary feelings brings bad energy and will not be tolerated. There are situations where people will be removed from the land, however, as long as people are on the land they must be treated as respected individuals. Personal grudges etc. will not be tolerated.
